Alumni Info:
James Hinde – Starting out as an offensive guard at age 10, Jamie worked his way through many positions including defensive end, tight end and slot back and finished his TNT career as a starting quarterback. Known for his great hands and punishing blocking, Jamie was instrumental in helping the Banting Marauders win their first championship. Currently Jamie is in his fourth year of coaching at TNT as the offensive coordinator for the Atom program.
Trevor Wood – Trevor was a stellar quarterback at TNT known for his calm demeanor on the field and his ability to adapt to situations during a game. He moved to the Brampton OVFL team after his pee wee years at TNT where he would set passing records for the Bulldogs. He was the starting quarterback at Banting when the juniors won their first title in 2003. Trevor is currently enrolled at Western and has been helping to coach with the Peewee program.
Jordan Ross – Jordan was a star running back at TNT for several years until he switched over to the Mississauga Warriors in the OVFL. Virtually impossible to catch in the open field, Jordan was a great kick returner and was also a superb defender and was another TNT player who helped Banting to win 2 junior and 1 senior championships. Jordan was at a junior college in Long Island New York and had a successful season there but has returned to join Canada’s national rugby team. Jordan has been out to assist the coaching staff with the Peewee program.
Aubrey Orr – Aubrey was a stalwart linemen in the original days when the team was called the Beeton Express in 1999. Aubrey has been back at TNT coaching linemen at the Peewee level for the past 3 seasons.
Alexander Addorisio – Alexander came into TNT through the Banting football program and was an immediate favourite of the coaches for his ability and ferocious competitive attitude. Early in his career he was primarily a linebacker but during his senior years he displayed great ability as a running back. He is sneaky fast and a real handful to try to tackle. He is currently playing with the Toronto Junior Argos in the varsity division of the OFC.
Colin Hutterer – Looking at Colin now it is hard to believe that he was held back in his first year of Peewee eligibility because of concerns about his size. Over his 5 years at TNT Colin became an excellent starting quarterback, possessing both a great arm and a solid feel for the game. He was also the starting quarterback when the Banting seniors won their first GBSSA senior championship in 37 years. Colin has also joined the Junior Argos varsity team.
Jackson Mullins – Jackson was a long time TNT player who could play several positions including tight end, defensive end and even had a stint as a quarterback. Jackson has become TNT alum to move onto the varsity roster of the Junior Argos.
Gavin Myles – A solid lineman from a very early age, Gavin played virtually all of the line positions at TNT before finding his best spot to be the offensive centre. He played and contributed to the Banting Marauders as well and is currently on the Junior Argo varsity roster.
Calder Murphy – Calder came to TNT a little later in his football life but established himself as a “big play” defender who supplied a solid effort every game. He is another Banting Marauder and TNT alumni who is making an impression on the Junior Argo varsity team.
